Slightly over a year ago I did this fierce little mani and decided to do it over, but only better!

What's the 411 on these nails? Seriously though, all incredibly cheesy and out dated references aside, want to know how I achieved this look?

Thumb: Wet n Wild Wild Shine Black Creme—best black nail polish ever btw! And it's only 99¢! Plus a faux Chanel crystal from Born Pretty Store

Index & Pinky: China Glaze Glistening Snow base, Nicka K Brown spots, and Wet n Wild Wild Shine Black Creme.

Middle & Ring: Same as index and pinky finger in addition to Crystal Rhinestone Chanel Shape 3D Sticker. Much like I said in a previous review of a similar product, these aren't stickers at all and I used a few thick layers of Dazzle Dry Top Coat to keep them in place.
