Remember that trek to every Walmart in Western NY to find the all-elusive Color Club display? Well, of course, I had to play with some of my new babies. And you know it had to be the neon ones that got some use first.
I know, I know. Those CC neons from Walmart are matte yet this mani is obviously glossy. I was gonna apply a layer of matte top coat on top of this but I got tired and decided it was time for bed.

I originally wanted stripes but then I realized that would be too similar to my Ellsworth Kelly nails. After that realization, I opted for a gradient. And BAM! Here we are.
