I started with 3 coats of Sation Love Is In The Heir and use the Cute Polish Water Spotted technique by spraying instant hand sanitizer into a water marble. I modified it slightly by creating a bullseye with Sation Lollipop Goes The Princess and Sation Unicorns Are Teal.
