NOTD: Color Club Diamond Drops & Icing Mint 2 Be
Wednesday, April 18, 2012nail a college drop outI typically have some form of an introduction for my posts, but today I just want to show you pretty pictures. Besides, its not like I'm being graded for this anyway.
This is either 2 or 3 coats—I really don’t remember which—of Color Club Diamond Drops over 3 coats of Icing Mint 2 Be.
Mint 2 Be was kinda streaky at two coats but evened out on the third.
Diamond Drops wasn't the easiest to work with. the bigger "shards" of glitter were hard to get out of the bottle, but all the tiny pieces came out easily. If the clear base it was suspended in were thicker this problem probably could've been avoided. I have a feeling that if you mix Diamond Drops with Icing Frost Yourself, Icing Glamorous, and NYX Girls Spotlight you might have a suitable substitute for Lynderella Shape Shifter
Is the struggle worth the result?
